Holiness is not the way to Jesus--. Jesus is the way to holiness. To be lifted up--, go down (on your knees). Satan can't bring you down any further than your knees. He who kneels before God can stand before anyone! To be almost saved-- is to be totally lost-- Keep your head and your heart pointed in the right direction and you wont have to worry about your feet. God allows "U Turns"! We're too blessed to be depressed. We use our tongues to praise our Lord and Father, but then we curse people (with the same tongue), whom God made like Himself. If you're a Christian, earth is the only hell you'll ever know! If you're not a Christian, earth is the only heaven you'll ever know. Don't put a question mark where God puts a period. Jesus built us a bridge, with 2 boards and 3 nails. Don't be God's weakest link! Count your blessings! Recounts are OK--- If you cheat on the test, don't thank the Lord for the "A". Count your blessings, not your problems. Money is a great servant but a terrible master! You can't walk with God and hold hands with Satan at the same time. God needs our availability more than our ability. Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around--, Faith looks up! Rapture-- the only way to fly! Things that are not eternal are already out of date. Firefighters rescue, only Jesus saves. Jesus is returning...resistance is futile Can't follow the stars? Follow the One who made them. If you think you are perfect-- Try walking on water. ...it is not our culture to sin, it is our nature to sin; and only GOD will change that nature. Give your troubles to God--- He never slumbers nor sleeps anyway. WARNING! In case of rapture, this car will be unmanned. My boss is a Jewish carpenter. Say YES to Jesus and saying NO to drugs will be easy. Conscience is God's built-in warning system. If you don't like the way you were born, try being born again. Everyone you meet today is on heaven's most wanted list. God promised a safe landing, not smooth sailing. Get Right or get Left! I would rather walk with God in the dark than go alone in the light. When it comes time to die--- make sure all you have to do is die. TODAY IS A GIFT FROM GOD. THAT'S WHY IT IS CALLED "THE PRESENT" If you're ready to die--- you're ready to live! f you can't be an "Onward Christian Soldier", at least don't pass the ammunition to the enemy. God without man is still God. Man without God is nothing. The key to Heaven was hung on a nail. God gave everyone patience... Wise people use it. The Lord works from the inside out. The world works from the outside in. When all else fails, trust God ! A person who hungers for money will starve to death spiritually! Need some color in your life? Give JESUS the paintbrush............... Don't have anything to be thankful for? Check your pulse! Plan ahead-- it wasn't raining when Noah built the ark. Trust says Jesus can-- Faith says Jesus will! GOD MAY SAY "WAIT" BUT HE NEVER SAYS "WORRY" God won't be looking for your medals, degrees or diplomas--, He'll be looking for your scars. It's hard to stumble when you're on your knees. The 'Promised Land' is always on the other side of the wilderness. Read the Bible --- It Will Scare the Hell Out of You! Man's way leads to a hopeless end! God's way leads to an endless hope! In the sentence of life the devil may be a comma, but NEVER let him be the Period. If you can't Sleep, don't count sheep. Talk to the Shepherd. Worry is the darkroom in which "negatives" are developed. If God is your Co-pilot---- Swap seats! Whoever gossips to you will gossip about you. God's delays are not God's denials. Do your best and let Jesus do the rest. Fear knocked. Faith answered. No one was there. No day is dark in the Son. God loves you whether you like it or not Been taken for Granted? Imagine how God feels. Lost and found inside. One birthday isn't enough--- BE BORN AGAIN! Smoking won't send you to hell, it'll just make you smell like you've been there. God answers prayer--- not advice. Expect great things from God! Attempt great things for God! Failure isn't falling down-- it's staying down. Fear him who is able to destroy the body and the soul! Fall seven times--- stand up eight! Christians are like coals of a fire. Together they glow--- apart they grow cold--- For every sin the devil has an excuse. God never closes a door without opening a window. We're called to stand out! Not blend in! Having a sharp tongue may cut your own throat. Truth is ! Lies have to be invented. The vitamin good for friendship is "B1" Men who have never failed are men who have never tried. Want to make God laugh? Just tell him your plans. In the dark? Follow the Son. If you take care of your character, your reputation will take care of itself. Download your worries, get on-line with God! You can tell how big a person is by what it takes to discourage him. The Devil has a "plot" but God has a "plan". I Am a Soldier

I am a soldier in the army of God.
The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer.
The Holy Bible is my code of conduct.
Faith, Prayer, and the Word are my weapons of Warfare.
I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity, and tested by fire.

I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity.

I will either retire in this Army or die in this Army;
but, I will not get out, sell out, be talked out, or pushed out.
I am faithful, reliable, capable, and dependable.
If my God needs me, I am there.


I am a soldier. I am not a baby.
I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up,
pumped up, picked up, or pepped up.
I am a soldier. No one has to call me, remind me, write me, visit me, entice me, or lure me.


I am a soldier. I am not a wimp.
I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders,
praising His name, and building His kingdom!
No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy, or give me handouts.
I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for, or catered to.
I am committed. I cannot have my feelings hurt bad enough to turn me around.


I cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside.
I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit.
When Jesus called me into this Army, I had nothing.
If I end up with nothing, I will still come out even. I will win.
My God will supply all my needs. I am more than a conqueror.
I will always triumph. I can do all things through Christ.
Devils cannot defeat me. People cannot disillusion me.
Weather cannot weary me. Sickness cannot stop me.
Battles cannot beat me. Money cannot buy me.
Governments cannot silence me, and hell cannot handle me!

I am a soldier.
Even death cannot destroy me.
For when my Commander calls me from this battlefield,
He will promote me to a captain.
I am a soldier, in the Army, I'm marching, claiming victory.
I will not give up. I will not turn around. I am a soldier, marching Heaven bound.





There are four kinds of soldiers:
1. Active Duty: Serving the Lord faithfully, daily, and on duty 24-7-365.
2. Reserve Status: Serving only when called upon,
or twice a year: Christmas and Easter.
3. Guard Status: Backing up the Active Duty group.
4. AWOL! Absent With Out the Lord.


Which kind are you? Be an army of one for an audience of One.
